Question about Premium yes or not
Pickysaurus replied to DasSchlachtschiff89's topic in Site Support
By purchasing Premium you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. The partial refund is in place specifically to prevent abuse of Premium by downloading loads of mods (which costs us to deliver them at uncapped speed) and then trying to get a full refund. If you use the service after purchasing it (which in your example you would be) then it's only fair to lose some of your refund entitlement. I think what you might be confusing is if you pay ¢9 for a month, you'll never have to pay any more than that if you cancel. Basically after 20 mods on monthly or 100 mods on annual you will not be entitled to a refund. You can still continue using the plan as much as you want for the time that remains though. Many users will buy a single month, download one or two collections and then cancel their plan. That's absolutely fine. You are correct that you can download all mods (at a limited speed) as a free user. So if you don't want to agree to the terms you're still able to get the same end result, it'll just take a bit longer to get there. I am curious though, do you have any thoughts on additional benefits that would make Premium more worthwhile to you? -
Not sure if this is the case. But whenever we saw these kinds of issue in Vortex it was always a GPU driver issue. We don't have an option in the app to turn off GPU acceleration but sometimes the GPU will attempt to apply effect like Anti Aliasing to desktop apps for whatever reason and it corrupts the visuals. Might not be that as you say it only happens when waking your PC but just thought I'd mention it

Misc. adding a Mod Organizer option to "Collections"
Pickysaurus replied to HPGCHusky's topic in Suggestion Board
This is not within our control. Please ask the developers of Mod Organizer -
Could you be more specific about which option you're talking about? Perhaps add a screenshot?
-
Code Vein is integrated in the core Vortex app, so it should always be available. If it's not check if you disabled in on the Extensions screen or hid it on the games screen.
-
If you're talking about FOMOD installers, that's not related to your Premium plan. In the even you do pause the collection, have you tried restarting Vortex before resuming?

failed to update masterlist & failed to load master-/userlist
Pickysaurus replied to austinator3's topic in Vortex Support
Your PC is blocking Vortex from fetching the masterlist from GitHub by the look of it. You can manually download the list and put it in the correct folder if you can't fix the issue. -
Oblivion Remastered disable OBSE warning.
Pickysaurus replied to babydiehard's topic in Vortex Support
That screenshot hasn't got anything to do with the OBR extension, that's you installing a Collection and it's telling you the collection needs OBSE64. Stop installing the collection, and that particular message will go away. Edit: I wasn't aware of this, but we're using the Collection install prompt for OBSE64, which is different to how other games handle it. My bad! The latest update to Vortex released earlier today should now make this optional. -

Mods "Not Published" error page after publishing my mod
Pickysaurus replied to gatomiau's topic in Website Bug Report
We've made some changes to the way the cache works now which should have fixed this issue I can't say for sure, as it doesn't happen every single time. The cache period should also have been reduced from ~15mins to ~5mins. -
Summary If a user uploads an image in the "Hidden" category, then later edits it to change it to a public category, the image is never added to the search and therefore will not appear on their profile page. Steps to reproduce Upload an image, selecting the category of "Hidden". Edit the image after posting and change the category to something other than "Hidden". Check the site search and the content owner's profile and see the image is no visible but can be viewed by other users with a direct link. Expected Behaviour Removing an image from the "Hidden" category makes it visible on the site.

I've moved this out of the suggestion forum as it's not really a suggestion - as you say, it's more of a rant. If you don't like AI content, you can block the tag to hide it from the search.

v0.11.3 This bugfix release addresses issues related to the REDmod load order, which prevents it from working as intended. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where the game was not being launched with the `-modded` command line option, so REDmods were not being loaded. The game will now always start with this option. Fixed an issue where the load order was not being sent to `redmod.exe` after being set due to incorrect command line arguments. We've put in place a workaround to cater for a bug in `redmod.exe` where it will not recompile if the same mods are present as in the previous run, but they are in a different order. This has been reported to CD Projekt Red. Updated the REDmod batch script used with Protontricks on Linux to support the required command line arguments. Fixed an issue on Linux where the REDmod load order was not being applied due to incorrect line breaks (CRLF vs LF). Fixed an issue on Linux where the REDmod load order file was being posted in a location not accessible to the WINE prefix that RedMod.exe was running in. Cyberpunk 2077 on Epic Games is no longer detected as it's currently not supported (this change was made in 0.11.1 but was missed from the changelog). Known Issues Collection success ratings will sometimes not match what is shown on the website. The app will attempt to run the REDmod.exe even if it is not installed, resulting in an error message. The sort order for some columns does not work as expected. The game version is not checked when adding a collection, meaning you can install outdated mods without being warned. The table header sorting and active tab states are not saved and are reset each time the view is loaded.

Vortex - Cannot install mods: Error - cb is not a function
Pickysaurus replied to MagickaAddict's topic in Vortex Support
Try renaming the folder at %appdata%\Vortex\plugins to something else and see if the issue persists. If it appears to fix the problem, it's definitely one of the extensions you have installed.
