this just adds a "golden" ring
somewhere near the exit of the imperial city
sewers. its just a "golden" ring
nothing wrong here no funny business going on
its all good :) no new meshes just used the
Weatherward Circlet. Three Rings for the
Elven-kings under the sky, Seven for the
Dwarf-lords in there halls of stone, Nine
for Mortal ...
